High-Definition Printing

With HD printing, we can achieve higher image resolution resulting in better highlights, smoother transitions and sharper detail. This technology increases contrast, which results in stronger and brighter colours. These improvements allow our flexographic printing to rival that of rotogravure.

Bag Finish

We have a collection of bag finish options to ensure your product stands out on shelf. A gloss finish provides a shiny look to the bag and is considered a standard look while our matte material offers a softer look and feel to the bag. The ‘EZ to Close’ is a hook & hook closure technology that enables consumers of all ages to easily open and close the pouch ensuring clean and safe storage. Consumers will reuse this reclosable packaging resulting in brand reinforcement at every use.

Frontal Zipper

Our frontal-zip closure allows easy opening from the front of the pouch - no need for any cutting of the bag. Includes the easy open and reclose feature of a scoreline and a closure all in one. Add this closure to bags with gussets to the top!

Fitment

Fitments allow for easy dispensing of liquid and dry products with the convenience and security of a tamper evident closure. A number of styles and sizes are available to choose from.

Press to Close Zipper

Venting

Add venting to your package using one of our effective options below.

Microperfs

Our microperf technology provides product venting while preventing infestation. For food and pet products, this means that packages can be vented through holes that are smaller than ovipositors of most problem insects. If the product is hygroscopic and will be stored or displayed outdoors, microperfs allow venting while restricting the amount of moisture than can penetrate the pouch.

Tortuous Path Venting

The tortuous path is a venting solution used as an alternative to the microperf technology. This technology is predominantly used in large format pouches.

Scoring

Our scoring solutions allow easy opening of the pouch and added consumer experience.

Easy Open Score

Easy open scoring allows the consumer to tear open the pouch offering easy, simple access to the product without the use of scissors.

BigMouth Score

The engineered contour at the top of the pouch allows the user to open, flip the tabs, and access the product. Rip, Flip, Scoop!
